Citrus-pepper spice mix
A sizzling delight that zooms straight to the middle of the dinner table: chopped meat traditionally flavored with black pepper, soy sauce, citrus and chopped onions. In Pampanga, the meat is boiled until very tender before being grilled or fried.

How to use (make 6 servings):
1 kg of meat grilled or fried and finely chopped
1 bag Mama Sita's Sisig Mix dissolved in 65 ml of water
- Mix all the ingredients well in a bowl.
- Add chili if desired.
- Serve with Mama Sita's Hot Pepper Sauce Labuyo and calamansi or lemon.
