Variety: 100% Tempranillo
Type of Harvest: Grapes from special soil coming from Horra which are between 50 and 60 years years old.
Control of the work in the vineyard throughout the year and limited production to 1500kg per hectare to assure quality.
Driving: Planted in glass.
Harvest: done manually in boxes of 16 kg. in the first half of October, transferred to the winery in trailers of 3000 kg.
Maceration: 22 days at temperature controlled by showers.
Aging: 22 months in new French oak barrels.
Amount of harvest: 22,000 numbered bottles.
Filtering and clarifying: Light filtering and clarification processes. This may lead to slight precipitation in the future.
Winemaker: Julio Cesar Conde.
