The Loins of Bonito del Norte de Burela are covered in olive oil.

It is the authentic Bonito de Burela from sustainable fishing, one-to-one pole-and-line, as well as being made 100% by hand, respecting traditional times and processes: cooking, cleaning, drying, cutting and packaging.

Store in a cool, dry place and away from sunlight.
Once opened, keep refrigerated (always taking care that the product is completely covered with oil so that it does not dry out) and consume within 3 days.
