Stir Fry Mix. A powdered preparation that imparts that distinct oriental flavor to a variety of stir-fried dishes.

How to use (6/8 servings):

227 gr canton noodles
1 bag (40 gr) Mama Sita´s Chopsuey Pancit Canton Mix
1/2 kg vegetables (cauliflower, broccoli, bell pepper, mushrooms, baby corn, bean sprouts, asparagus, onion, carrot)
1 cup (250 ml) water
2 tablespoons (30 ml) oil
1 piece tofu cut into pieces (optional)

  1. Dissolve Mama Sita´s Chopsuey Pancit Canton Mix in water. Keep apart.
  2. Heat oil in a wok and sauté the vegetables and tofu. Add the dissolved mixture and cook over high heat until the sauce thickens and the vegetables are tender.
  3. Prepare the noodles.
  4. In a wok, combine the noodles and sautéed vegetables and cook over heat for 2 minutes.

Cornstarch 24,5%, SOY sauce powder 20% [free of GMO (WHEAT, SOY, dextrin and salt)], flavor enhancer E621, salt cane sugar, modified starch, garlic powder 5%, natural yeast extract, spices 2% (onion powder and black pepper) and flavor enhancers: E631, E627.
Allergens: CONTAINS GLUTEN (WHEAT) AND SOY.
