Seasoning for marinade for barbecue.

Store in a clean, cool and dry place.
Shake well before using.
Refrigerated after opening.

Cooking directions:

  • Marinate 1 kg of meat or seafood in 150 ml of Mama Sita's Barbecue Marinade for 3 hours (15 minutes for seafood).
  • Place on skewers and grill on the barbecue, turning from time to time.
  • Alternatively, you may cook the meat on a griddle, a shallow frying pan or in the owen.
