They say that the legendary city of ARBOCALA was founded by the Celts and re-founded by the Romans, who left one of their greatest treasures, viticulture and the “Tinta de Toro”.
To this day, such a statement cannot be corroborated, leaving it as a kind of Atlantis or Lost City...

AROMAS: Aromas of ripe red fruits such as strawberry and cherry, floral notes still present, aromas typical of its passage through wood such as vanilla, coffee or coconut.
IN MOUTH: Its aging in American-French oak barrels gives it sweetness and a balanced structure with the fruit. Silky tannin that makes its passage through the mouth long and pleasant.
VINIFICATION: Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of grapes from our vineyards in Valdefinjas. The malolactica takes place in tanks and then passes in French and American oak barrels for about 10 months.
HARVEST: The drought marked the harvest of 2017. The lack of water reduced production although it made the quality of the grapes collected exceptional.
