This extra virgin olive oil is made of Picual olives and are harvested early in the season. This brand is transimiting the essence of taste, smell and quality through the design of their logo and bottle - inspired by a poem from Miguel Hernández. It embraces tradition and modernity, and It represents the water, the planets and the olive tree.

Taste Note :

Early Harvest Extra Virgin Olive Oil is a complex product, with an intense green fruity smell, with some notes of mint and green tomato, which later is confirmed once tasted. Artichokes, almonds and green grass. Spicy and bitter with a perfect balance. As the taste withers from your mounth, it leaves it with a clean and pleasant feeling.
