EVOO Arbequina

The oil is extracted from arbequina olives which are collected when the olive is half way on the ripening process, Usually through the month of November. The design of the label is inspired by a poem from Miguel Hernández which embraces tradition and modernity, and It represents the wind, and the olive tree at sunshine.

Tasting note

Arbequin extra Virgin olive oil has a medium fruity essence with notes of maturity. The aroma is perceived to be a mix of banana with honey, almonds and mashed apple. Once in the mouth, you will taste a touch of green grass, sweet and clean with less spice and bitterness.

Made of black glass to prevent the passage of light and with an inviolable dosing cap.

Completely protected from light and oxidation (the two great enemies once the oil is bottled) thanks to its sealed metallic bag.
