With 7% acidity. With an intense mahogany-red aspect. Scents with notes of red berries and nuances of crianza, reminiscent of the wine, subtly appreciating the aroma of garlic. Powerful in the mouth with pronounced acidity.
Albarro XP III is a vinegar designed for the preparation of stews and pickles for game and red meat.
It was not subjected to any treatment with stabilizers nor sulphites, so that reactions in the bottle can be observed over time which demonstrates that it is a natural vinegar.
