White wine vinegar flavored with bay leaf. Prepared with wines from Denomination of Origin Ribeiro is made using traditional methods with careful respect for natural acetification processes.
With a 6% acidity. Amber in color with golden reflections. Well-balanced, with aromatic intensity. The predominant acid notes blend elegantly with the floral notes. Smooth and pleasant, with an underscore of spiced aromas and bay leaf.
Albarro XP I is especially suitable for salads that accompany fish and seafood, and for the preparation of pickles and marinades.

It was not subjected to any treatment with stabilizers nor sulphites, so reactions in the bottle can be observed over time which demonstrates that it is a natural vinegar.
