Mussels Salad

 With pesto sauce


  • Pickled mussels - Arlequín
  • Canons
  • Fresh cheese
  • Tomato
  • Bell pepper in strips

For the dressing:

  • Basil Pesto - Il Cipressino
  • EVOO Arbequina - Tierra Callada


  1. Drain the mussels.
  2. Add all the ingredients in a salad bowl.
  3. Dress with the pesto sauce, oil, salt and a little pepper.
