There are three types of wine-flavored vinegars with the Brand “Albarro” : Albarro XP I, Albarro XP II, Albarro XP III. Prepared with wines from Denomination of Origin Ribeiro.
Fruit of a completely handmade acetification process, carried out in barrels adapted to the Orleans method, in a slow process, which gives them special organoleptic characteristics.
Each type of vinegar spends a period of 15-20 days, macerating the plants that correspond to it. Subsequently they are subjected to a period of aging no less than six months in oak barrels.
They are bottled in batches using the bagging method. Medium filtering is done, to avoid impurities while maintaining a significant amount of dry extract which allows to preserve an intense aroma and flavor.
They were not subjected to any treatment with stabilizers nor sulphites, so any reaction in the bottle over time is the best guarantee of being a natural vinegar, a LIVE VINEGAR.
