Vermouth Siderit is made from Pedro Ximénez grapes, macerated for two months with myeliferous flowers and aged for three months in Spanish white oak barrels, which in their previous productive life had kept sherry for decades. Our vermouth has half the sugars of a traditional one because we use a sweet wine for its elaboration, instead of adding liquid caramel to the mixture.
It is a vermouth without added sugars.
Vermouth has intense mahogany red notes with amber glitters with low product graduation
Clean and without turbidity problems. The nose is very intense with notes of wild flowers, herbs and spices, as well as a touch of wood. We also find balsamic notes that give us a pleasant bitter touch. In the mouth it is soft but with a perfect balance with the acidity of the product. Very long and unique aftertaste, with intense bitter notes, which tell us about the high quality of the product.
