Trufar uses the “black diamond” type of truffles, which they produce and select in their own plantations. In this way, they also contribute to the sustainability and profitability of the town in hard and arid lands for any other type of cultivation, while reforesting large areas of barren lands with the offering ecological and environmental benefits.
