It is a family business born in Los Palacios y Villafranca (Seville) whose inspirational principle is to offer the customer a unique, natural and handmade product. In its recipes, quality, passion and innovation prevail and a method of artisanal elaboration with a raw material of homegrown selected with care manually.
The raw material with which they produce comes from their own farm as they harvest tomatoes of different varieties that put in the flavor before its mass production and are hand-picked at their optimum ripening point.
In relation to the rest of the ingredients, fresh vegetables are from farms near Los Palacios and Villafranca.
TRADITIONAL RECIPE
The elaboration of its products strictly follows a traditional recipe from the grandmother of the founder of the company, guaranteeing with that recipe the homemade, unique and top quality product.
In addition, they bet on the union between tradition and innovation, making red and green tomato jams through an artisanal and innovative process, respecting the cooking times meticulously and don't need the contribution of any type of thickeners or preservatives.
Both fried tomatoes and jams are made by hand over low heat, using a cooking time between three hours and three and a half hours, achieving a slow and adequate reduction of the raw material, and getting only a jar of 365 g of fried tomato per kilo and three hundred and fifty grams of natural tomato.
They have the Los Palacios Collective Tomato Brand and Global Gap certificate, which certify respectful agricultural practices towards the environment and consumer welfare.
