Variety: 100% Tempranillo
Type of harvest: Purchase of grapes from La Horra vineyards, with special soil of 50 to 60 years old. Production limited to 3,500kg per hectare to assure quality.
Driving: Planted in glass.
Harvest: Done manually in boxes of 16 kg. in the first half of October.
Maceration: 14 days at temperature controlled through showers.
Aging: 12 months in 30% American oak barrels and 70% French.
Type of toast: Medium plus.
Filtering and clarifying: Light filtering and clarification processes. This may lead to slight precipitation in the future.
