PROVENANCE: D.O. Ribeiro. Galicia. Spain.
VARIETY: Treixadura.
PREPARATION: Preselection of grapes in vineyard. Manual harvest in boxes of 15 kg. Selection of grapes in the cellar.
Fermentation in stainless steel tank at controlled temperature. Static stabilization. Smooth filtering.
TASTING NOTES: Clean and bright, pale yellow in color with greenish reflections. Good intensity, with elegant fruit aromas and delicate floral aromas. The mouth is seamless round, with fresh acidity and perfect balance.

HARMONIES: Ideal accompaniment to appetizers, soft cheeses, rice, pasta, Asian food, fish and seafood.
SERVICE: Optimum service temperature 8º - 10º.
