Variety: 100% Tempranillo
Type of Harvest: Grapes grown in special soil from the Horra which ages between 50 and 60 years old.
Control of the work in the vineyard throughout the year and limited production to 1500kg per hectare to assure quality.
Driving: Planted in glass.
Harvest: done manually in boxes of 16 kg. During the first half of October then transferred to the winery in trailers of 3000 kg.
Maceration: 22 days at temperature controlled by showers.
Aging: 30 months in new French oak barrels.
Amount of harvest: 4600 numbered bottles.
Filtering and clarifying: Light filtering and clarification processes. This may lead to slight precipitation in the future.
