Dry Gin made in Cantabria, distilled from rye alcohol.
It is distilled from the maceration of twelve botanists and two distillations in a fractional distillation column with reflux, in a complete glass equipment that eliminates the tastes and smells. Each distillation in these equipments is equivalent to five distillations in a traditional still. Among its botanists is Syderitis Hissopifolia or rock tea, endemic plant of the peaks of Europe that gives the name of the Gin and makes a unique and unique product. Using the weakest mineralization spring water of the Iberian Peninsula, Ortigosa del Monte on the northern slope of the Sierra de Guadarrama.
