Harvest: Done manually in boxes of 16 kg. in the first half of October.
Maceration: 10 days at temperature controlled by showers.
Aging: 4 months in 50% American oak barrels and 50% French oak barrels.
Type of toast: Medium plus.
Filtering and clarifying: Very light filtering and clarification process. This may lead to slight precipitation in the future.
