After maturing for 7 years in American oak barrels, it is filtered with carbon to remove the tannins and then blended until it gets its smooth and rich flavor.
The aroma is light and fruity, soft and delicate on the palate with a rich and textured finish with a scent of vanilla, honey and caramelized fruits.
