Variety: 100% Tempranillo
Type of harvest: Vineyards of more than 40 years of La Aguilera.
Driving: Planted in glass.
Harvest: Done manually in boxes of 16 kg. in the first half of October and transferred to cellar in trailers of 30,000 kg.
Maceration: 10 days at temperature controlled by showers.
Aging: 6 months in American oak barrels 40% and 60% in French oak barrels.
Type of toast: Medium plus.
Filtering and clarifying: Very light filtering and clarification process. This may lead to slight precipitation in the future.
