Straw yellow color with greenish reflections. Clean and bright appearance. Primary aromas of medium intensity, reminiscent of freshly cut grapes. Sweet secondary aromas of herbaceous fennel background. Pastry, sweet and pastry notes. In the mouth it is fatty, long, glyceric and very potent. varietal aftertaste. Long and persistent.

It is harvested in boxes of 20 kg. during the early hours of the day so that the grapes arrive fresh in the cellar. After stripping and mechanical crushing, pneumatic pressing is performed and the wort is cooled to 10-12 ° C for racking, for 24 hours.
Fermentation is done at 16º C (leaving +/- 2 g of residual sugars). When the fermentation ends, the wine is then transferred eliminating thick lees.
Periodic racking is done to clean the wine, and bentonite is used for clarification. Finally it stabilizes for a week, lowering the temperature to -5ºC.
