Clean and bright, pale yellow with olive sparkles. Fine and elegant, fruity with herbal notes (acerola, queen plum, elder, boxwood, carambola) and subtle minerals (silex, quartz). The mouth turns into a burst of sharp freshness, bubbling from a flowing spring, enveloping it with a very persistent mineral flavor.
Alcoholic degree: 13.5% vol
Production: limited 1,000 bottles.
Grape: Godello 100%
Preparation: Harvest and manual selection in boxes of 20 Kg perforated. Full destemming, maceration and pneumatic press. Racked in the cold. Aging in deposit on its fine lees for 6 months with “batonnage”. Clarification with non-allergenic products. Five months in the cellar before its release.
