Burrito Fiestero is made of agave ash, endemic to the state of Durango. This agave or maguey takes 10 -13 years to mature. It is carried and transported by a donkey down the mountain to begin the process of elaboration. It is here that Master Mezcalier uses traditional techniques to highlight the best possible flavors and aromas of our agaves. Burrito Fiestero has a light and elegant aroma of smoke, but it is the sweetness and its predominant floral notes that really defines us. Burrito Fiestero leaves you with a great aftertaste and a long and clear finish with its unique flavor that you can enjoy in each sip.
